Quantity Surveying Director - up to 120K per month

My Client is seeking for Quantity surveyor Director to join their team

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with finance, strategy teams, stakeholders, and delivery partners.

• Help plan the yearly office investment projects with finance and strategy teams.

• Estimate project costs and cashflow for both early strategy papers and business case approvals.

• Set clear standards for cost estimates to keep things consistent and efficient.

• Oversee QS delivery partners and make sure they follow agreed processes.

• Improve accuracy and timeliness of reports to match client requirements.

• Keep project costs under control by checking forecasts and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or similar.

• Professional qualifications (RICS, CIOB, HKIS, HKIE, PMI, MSP) are preferred.

• At least 8 years of experience in construction, project or programme management.

• Experience working on corporate occupier programmes, from planning to delivery.

• Background in representing international clients
