Job description

Our client is a renowned conglomerate with various business segments across industries. As they continue their expansion, they have now created Group C&B Manager. This role would be ideal for candidates who are looking for an opportunity to lead a small team.

 

Duties:

  • Lead a small team to be responsible for the full spectrum of C&B operations

  • Responsible for monthly payroll as well as all annual C&B exercises

  • Work closely with different BU heads

  • Ensure compliance of HR policies are align with Group’s practice and statutory requirements

  • Support ad-hoc HR assignments and projects

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder

  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar role

  • Must have hands on experience handling large employee payroll in order to help streamline current work process

  • Strong communication skills and able to work in unstructured environments

  • Fluency in English and Chinese
