Job description
Our client is a renowned conglomerate with various business segments across industries. As they continue their expansion, they have now created Group C&B Manager. This role would be ideal for candidates who are looking for an opportunity to lead a small team.
Duties:
Lead a small team to be responsible for the full spectrum of C&B operations
Responsible for monthly payroll as well as all annual C&B exercises
Work closely with different BU heads
Ensure compliance of HR policies are align with Group’s practice and statutory requirements
Support ad-hoc HR assignments and projects
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree holder
At least 7 years of experience in a similar role
Must have hands on experience handling large employee payroll in order to help streamline current work process
Strong communication skills and able to work in unstructured environments
Fluency in English and Chinese
