Job description
I am looking for a strategic leader to serve and lead as Head of Operations Change, APAC for my client, a large global Asset Management firm.
This role is to be based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong leadership of the APAC Operations Change team - Programme Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Business SMEs
Oversight of a large portfolio of both regional and global Change initiatives
Responsibility for the full Change lifecycle from initiation and design through to implementation
Ensure that an appropriate level of governance is applied to all Change initiatives
Maintain strong financial control and governance over all programmes and projects
Help to define the vision and strategy for the Operations Change team
Key Requirements:
Strong Asset Management operations experience MANDATORY
Mandarin preferred to support business growth in and focus on the China market
Demonstrable experience of leading both large and small scale Change initiatives
Solid experience of managing Change teams including objectives setting, mentoring and appraisals etc
