Head of Operations Change, APAC (Asset Management)

Job description

I am looking for a strategic leader to serve and lead as Head of Operations Change, APAC for my client, a large global Asset Management firm.

This role is to be based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:              

• Provide strong leadership of the APAC Operations Change team - Programme Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Business SMEs

• Oversight of a large portfolio of both regional and global Change initiatives

• Responsibility for the full Change lifecycle from initiation and design through to implementation

• Ensure that an appropriate level of governance is applied to all Change initiatives

• Maintain strong financial control and governance over all programmes and projects

• Help to define the vision and strategy for the Operations Change team

Key Requirements:                                         

• Strong Asset Management operations experience MANDATORY

• Mandarin preferred to support business growth in and focus on the China market

• Demonstrable experience of leading both large and small scale Change initiatives

• Solid experience of managing Change teams including objectives setting, mentoring and appraisals etc
