Our client is a well-established law firm in Hong Kong; they are currently seeking for a HR Assistant to join their HR & Operations team.
You will assist a team of 5, to deliver a range of administration services which includes:
· Providing all rounded administration support to HR & Operations department
· Data entry
· Handle HR related documents, including filing in a timely manner and maintain accurate records in system
· Preparing HR materials including on boarding, induction paper works
· Provide ad hoc HR administration support
· 1-2 years’ of company administration experience
· Fresh graduates with strong academic background and willingness to progress in HR field will also be considered
· Excellent written and verbal in English and Chinese
· Ability to work in a team environment
