Job description

- Luxury residential projects
- Open to candidates from architecture firm
Responsibilities:
- Support from project planning stage, liaison and coordination with other Departments for product positioning and development potential.
- Formulate site research, site analysis, feasibility study, master planning, schematic & detail architectural design for residential projects.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or related disciplines
- 3-6 years' relevant experience as architectural assistant
- Hands-on experience in Hong Kong residential design projects with good design skills
- Open to candidates from architectural firms
- Familiar with Hong Kong planning code and statutory regulations for property development
