In-house Legal Counsel (Litigation)

Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for Hong Kong qualified lawyers with 3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation to transition in-house. The successful candidate will be a vital member of a respected Legal Department, providing comprehensive legal advice across a wide array of matters, with a primary focus on litigation.

As Legal Counsel, your responsibilities will include:

• Advising on a broad spectrum of litigation and dispute resolution issues.
• Handling commercial disputes, property and conveyancing disputes, information governance, and regulatory matters.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a Hong Kong-qualified lawyer with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation at a reputable law firm.
• Should possess practical experience in conducting litigation.
• Must exhibit excellent analytical skills, sound judgment, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Capable of effective communication and providing legal advice at board levels.
