About the Role:

  • Spearhead revenue growth and exceed sales targets across Marketplace platforms.
  • Strategically plan and flawlessly execute high-impact campaigns, mega-sale initiatives, and seasonal activations that captivate audiences and convert traffic into sales.
  • Collaborate closely with platform account managers to unlock premium exposure, boost discoverability, and elevate brand presence.
  • Track critical KPIs like GMV, conversion rates, and traffic, and deploy data-driven strategies to accelerate results.
  • Drive marketplace marketing efforts through paid media, vouchers, and on-site placements that amplify conversion and customer engagement.
  • Curate and manage a winning product mix that's fully optimized, precisely listed, and aligned with market trends.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling product content, competitive pricing, and go-to-market plans that stand out.
  • Monitor product-level analytics to refine offerings and stay ahead of evolving consumer preferences.
  • Uphold impeccable listing quality with full compliance to platform rules and best practices.


About the Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, with proven success on Shopee, Lazada, or Zalora.
  • Deep expertise in campaign mechanics, sales funnel optimization, and listing operations.
  • Sharp, data-driven decision-maker with a meticulous eye for details and performance metrics.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese or another Asian language is a strong plus.
