A leading private equity firm is looking to hire a Paralegal for its Hong Kong office.

- Up to 45K base salary per month, bonus on top
- Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
Reporting to the Head of Legal, the successful candidate will assist in reviewing and preparing legal documentations and briefs; conducting legal research and analysis on legal issues and trends in the Asia region; advising on current and relevant legal policy, practice and regulation; as well as supporting on corporate transactions.
The ideal candidate will be a law graduate and will have ideally around 4-10 years of corporate paralegal experience gained with an international law firm or in an in-house environment. He/she must have high level legal research skills and excellent communication skills and must be proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
