​In the role of Infrastructure Project Manager, your primary task will be to maintain a solid and reliable system landscape that supports and streamlines our business processes. You will become a super user in Group business-critical Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem and have a great interface across teams and functions.

Our client can offer a 12-month employment, with the possibility of extension or permanent employment for the right candidate.

Worked as a 12-month Contract Infrastructure Project Manager (renewable)

Prefer good command of English and Networking background.

Together with their IT partners, you must ensure that software and hardware solutions are well documented and that our staff has helpful sops and guides available. You will also develop training material, as well as be part of our training academy, where you will train the employees in the use of group's cloud base POS solution.

In close cooperation with IT Infrastructure and Service Delivery, Business Applications, IT Project Delivery, Information Security and Computerized System Validation.

You will also have to plan and implement future IT projects. Including, MS Dynamic 365 CRM; Business Intelligence Oracle OBIEE and ERP Systems Integration project that will ensure a data-driven approach for decision-making in the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external parties to understand deliverables of infrastructure projects.

• Work with technology teams and IT vendors to define project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

• Plan for project schedules, identify activities, sequences, dependencies, and associated resource requirements for project milestones.

• Allocate resources and responsibilities to deliver required results around cost, quality, and time.

• Ensure resource availability and allocation.

• Monitor the project life cycle to achieve efficient delivery and handover to IT Operations

• Provide regular project status updates and relevant reports to IT management.

Requirements

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related disciplines

• At least 6 years working experience in IT/ICT industry, preferably in IT Infrastructure

• Solid experience in Windows Server, VMware ESXi and/or Hyper-V

• Experience of backup software like Veeam, Veritas and/or Avamar

• Knowledge of storage technologies such as SAN, NAS, vSAN, storage appliance replication

• Knowledge of networking, wireless and security technologies like Cisco, Fortinet, Okta

• Knowledge in Azure cloud, Windows AD, Azure AD, Exchange and M365

• Any experience in disaster recovery planning, office relocation, data centre move, network/SD-WAN connectivity and cloud migration will be an advantage.

• Proficient in communication with different level of people

• Well organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

• Familiar with IT procurement lifecycle, contract administration and vendor management

• Certificate on PMP and ITIL an advantage

• Good command of spoken and written of English; Mandarin and/or Cantonese will be a big plus.
