Job description

Our client is a HK Listed company with business portfolio in various industries. They are now looking for an IT Support to join their team in their group level office. The role will be responsible for Tier 1 & Tier 2 Helpdesk Support and will also take part in ongoing system enhancement projects. This opportunity will be ideal for candidates who are looking for a stable environment to develop their career in IT support functions.



  • Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 helpdesk support to users

  • Responsible for systems administration

  • Engage in windows enhancement projects

  • Take part in system upgrade and implementation of new technologies



  • Degree or diploma holder in computer science or related disciplines

  • At least 3 years of experience working in helpdesk/IT support role

  • Good communication skills and ability to respond to ad hoc issues

  • Microsoft certifications would be an added advantage

  • Fluent English, Cantonese, Mandarin
