Job description
Our client is a leading conglomerate with businesses across the APAC region. They are headquartered in HK and are now looking for an IT Support to join their team. The role will be responsible for providing Tier 1 & Tier 2 IT Support to their main office here in HK and will also take part in ongoing enhancement projects. This opportunity will be ideal for candidates who have IT support experience and is looking to gain more exposure in Infrastructure.
Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 infrastructure & applications support to users
Responsible for systems administration and management
Act as deputy team leader for junior staff
Engage in global enhancement projects
Degree or diploma holder in computer science or related disciplines
Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
At least 3 years of experience working in helpdesk/IT support role
Good communication skills and ability to respond to ad hoc issues
ITIL would be an added advantage
