​About the Role:

  • Consistently update and purify data in Salesforce to guarantee precision and comprehensiveness.

  • Assist in establishing and upholding standardized procedures for data input and administration.

  • Collaborate with the revenue team to acquire pertinent data and information for business review meetings.

  • Prepare presentation materials, reports, and other necessary documentation for these meetings.

  • Collect and analyze data to identify potential opportunities and obstacles.

  • Simplify Chinese translation for content localization.

  • Present discoveries and recommendations to the revenue team.

  • Support revenue leaders in creating internal reports and dashboards.

  • Gather and consolidate data from various sources to create comprehensive reports.

  • Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of reports to facilitate decision-making processes.

  • Assist in the preparation, review, and execution of contracts.

  • Maintain organized contract files and documentation.

  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure adherence to contractual obligations.

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions for the revenue team.

  • Communicate training schedules and logistics to participants.

  • Track attendance and provide necessary materials for training sessions.

  • Regularly monitor customer account usage data to identify accounts approaching contractual limits.

  • Proactively reach out to those customers to deliver timely reminders about their usage levels and upcoming contract renewal dates.

  • Utilize Salesforce reporting to stay informed about contract expiration timelines and initiate the renewal process ahead of time.

  • Manage shared drive and ensure meeting materials are appropriately stored in a folder structure that can be easily accessed using a standardized file naming convention.

  • Conduct research on industry case studies and trends to support revenue team initiatives.

About the Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or coordination role.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems.

  • Strong analytical and research abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
