Job description
About the Role:
Consistently update and purify data in Salesforce to guarantee precision and comprehensiveness.
Assist in establishing and upholding standardized procedures for data input and administration.
Collaborate with the revenue team to acquire pertinent data and information for business review meetings.
Prepare presentation materials, reports, and other necessary documentation for these meetings.
Collect and analyze data to identify potential opportunities and obstacles.
Simplify Chinese translation for content localization.
Present discoveries and recommendations to the revenue team.
Support revenue leaders in creating internal reports and dashboards.
Gather and consolidate data from various sources to create comprehensive reports.
Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of reports to facilitate decision-making processes.
Assist in the preparation, review, and execution of contracts.
Maintain organized contract files and documentation.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
Coordinate and schedule training sessions for the revenue team.
Communicate training schedules and logistics to participants.
Track attendance and provide necessary materials for training sessions.
Regularly monitor customer account usage data to identify accounts approaching contractual limits.
Proactively reach out to those customers to deliver timely reminders about their usage levels and upcoming contract renewal dates.
Utilize Salesforce reporting to stay informed about contract expiration timelines and initiate the renewal process ahead of time.
Manage shared drive and ensure meeting materials are appropriately stored in a folder structure that can be easily accessed using a standardized file naming convention.
Conduct research on industry case studies and trends to support revenue team initiatives.
About the Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar administrative or coordination role.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
Strong analytical and research abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
