The company is now looking to invite a 5 to 10PQE lawyer to join its Hong Kong Legal Team. Reporting to the Head of Legal, the successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating broad-ranging commercial agreements including IT contracts, providing legal advice and solutions to minimize legal risks, assisting with IP/IT related legal matters, as well as analysing key legal and regulatory trends that may impact the company.
The successful candidate will be a Hong Kong qualified lawyer with 5 -10 years of post-qualification experience gained either in an in-house environment, or in the Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) Team of an international law firm. Fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese) is required for this position.
