This is an exciting opportunity for 10PQE+ in-house lawyers seeking to take on a team leader role within a highly regarded Hong Kong Listed Group.
The successful candidate will lead a small team of legal professionals (the team is part of a larger legal department) and be responsible for supporting the Group General Counsel in providing robust legal advice to manage legal risk and to protect the Group's interests. Coverage of the position is broad which includes property, M&A, marketing, employment, intellectual property, and data privacy etc.
The ideal candidate will be a Hong Kong qualified lawyer with more than 10 years of PQE in real estate transactions including property sales, commercial leasing, and real estate M&A. Strong preference will be given to candidates with in-house experience, preferably gained with a property developer. The position requires excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
