Job description
Our client, a renowned Foreign Corporate Bank, they are looking for a HK Local Corp &Blue-Chip companies (Property / Real Estate focused) RM, VP candidate.
Foster and enhance relationships with existing clients.
Manages a portfolio consisting of HK Local Corp &Blue-Chip companies (Property / Real Estate Focused), Conglomerates, and Multinational Corporation (MNC)clients.
The sectors served include Hong Kong-based groups such as real estate, private equity, and conglomerates.
Originate transactions, including syndication/club loans, bilateral facilities, and other ancillary businesses, to optimize overall returns from client relationships.
Participate in the credit application process, engaging in discussions with the credit initiation team, credit department, and management to facilitate transactions or defend credit decisions when necessary.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the loan documentation process to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements:
Possess a university degree with knowledge in credit, finance, and accounting.
Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in covering HK Corporates & Blue-chip clients, cash management, or trade finance.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Demonstrate self-motivation, teamwork, attention to detail, and strong observation and writing skills.
