Job description
An opportunity has arisen for an energetic professional to drive the HR system projects.
We are now seeking for Manager - People Analytics.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the planning, execution and delivery of HR system implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Work closely with regional leaders to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate the training session and support change management initiatives
- Conduct comprehensive analysis on the projects and identify the key insights to support the growth of the organization
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary educated in Human Resources, Information System, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 8 years hands-on experience in system implementation and enhancement within a MNC environment
- Sound knowledge of compensation and benefits trends, practices, and regulations
- Strong business acumen and proactive attitude
- Excellent problem solving and presentation skills is essential
