Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies that align with brand objectives and target audience insights.
- Oversee end-to-end media campaigns, including planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization across various channels (digital, print, TV, radio, etc.).
- Budget Management, manage and allocate the media budget effectively to ensure maximum ROI and cost-efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, creative) to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with media vendors, agencies, and platforms to negotiate best rates and placements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform media strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 7-8 years of experience in media planning and buying, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in media planning tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
