Job description
Our Clients are Contactors Companies. They are looking for Planning Manager/Project Manager/ Assistant Planning Manager with Civil or building service Background, supporting the existing and new projects in Hong Kong.
- Familiar in Planning and design stage, Review clients standard and procedures and ensure all stage followed
- Provide cost solutions and deliver quality, standard meet Client requirements in projects
- Advise client on development & Claims strategy, system formwork, logistics and manpower resource
Requirements:
- Degree in Building Engineering or civil engineering or related equivalent
- Member of HKIE/ICE or related qualification
- Mini 7-10 experiences on site – Design and planning stage in construction
- Familiar in Primavera software is highly preferred
- BIM 3D/4D modelling skills would be advantages
- Good Command in both English and Chinese
