We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Project Manager with five years of experience in the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic projects that align with our business goals and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, to ensure alignment and support for project initiatives.
- Execution: Oversee the execution of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and any issues encountered.
- Collaboration: Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, compliance, and marketing, to drive project success.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project outcomes and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of five years of project management experience in a banking or financial services environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
