Our client is leading contractor with couples large-scale projects in Hong Kong. Currently, they are seeking for candidates who strong in project management with leadership and communication skills. "You" will be responsible on overall project management (budget control, site inspection, contracting, quality and safety works etc) and project planning.
Package: HKD50-60K Monthly plus bonus
Work for 5/5.5 days with Annual leave 16-17 days

Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in construction field
- Building professional will be an advantage
- Minimum 12-14 years of experience on fitting out works
- Residential, commercial/hotel project reference
- Familiar in building regulation and strong leadership skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills
- Good Command in English and Chinese
