​To cope with ongoing expansion, Charterhouse HK is now looking for new talent to join our Technology discipline. The role would be a regional role with career progression & ongoing mentorship.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end to end recruitment cycle

• Utilise various recruitment tools and technology

• Source candidates through various channels

• Consulting for candidates and clients on recruitment related matters

• Conduct candidate interviews and assessment

• Grow candidate database

Requirements:

• Degree holder

• Strong communication skills with fluent English, Cantonese & Mandarin

• Recruitment experience (In-house/agency) would be an advantage

• Interest in on-going trends in IT/Digital/Innovations

• Fresh graduates would be considered for the Researcher role with progression path to Consultant
