Job description
We are now seeking for Regional C&B Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute total rewards strategies aligned with the organization's goals across the region
- Collaborate closely with regional leadership to identify key initiatives, including but not limited to including annual salary and bonuses, salary benchmarking, and assessments of compensation policies and frameworks.
- Design and execute performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements across all countries within the region.
- Review and refine compensation and benefits structures to ensure competitiveness on talent attraction and retention
- Oversee HR data analysis, including creating monthly reports and dashboards
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary educated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 6 years of practical experience in sizable organizations with regional exposure
- Strong business acumen and proactive attitude
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
- Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Manager
