Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Formulate and execute HR strategies that support business goals and elevate employee experiences.
  • Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with both local and regional top management to drive business growth and cultivate a positive workplace culture. Act as a trusted business partner, providing strategic insights that align HR initiatives with business priorities.
  • Compensation and Benefits Management: Oversee compensation structures and benefits programs to ensure regional alignment and strict compliance.
  • Talent Management: Design and implement ongoing training and development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and supporting career advancement.
  • Performance Management: Facilitate performance management initiatives to drive the productivity and employee development plan.
  • Change Agent: Partner with senior leaders to manage organizational change effectively, ensuring that HR strategies support transitions and enhance team engagement.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of practical experience in sizable organizations, preferably within the pharmaceutical/ healthcare/FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws, statutory regulations, and best practices in HR.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading HR initiatives and driving continuous improvement in regional context.
  • Strong business acumen and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Agility, excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
