About the Role:

  • Take charge of all inbound and outbound shipments, from booking to tracking, ensuring flawless deliveries worldwide.
  • Pack outbound orders with precision, making sure every item meets our high-end brand standards.
  • Prepare and manage import/export docs, work with couriers & customs agents, and solve any shipping challenges like a pro.
  • Inspect inbound items to guarantee authenticity and perfect condition, maintaining our brand's reputation.
  • Photograph new stock for our systems and marketing, while keeping inventory updated across platforms.
  • Assist with admin tasks, supplier communications, and data entry, keeping operations running smoothly.


About the Candidate:

  • Experience in logistics, operations, or admin (international shipping experience is a big plus!)
  • DHL & Customs Savvy - Confident with shipping systems and customs paperwork
  • Detail-Oriented Perfectionist - Sharp eyes for packing, documentation, and record-keeping
  • Tech-Smart - Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic office tools
  • Photography Ready - Comfortable taking clean, professional product photos
  • Independent & Efficient - Able to manage tasks with minimal supervision
  • Fluent in English (Cantonese/Mandarin is a bonus!)
