Key Responsibilities:

You will be the technical authority for the Intimates category, leading the fit, construction, and quality strategy from concept to production. You will partner closely with design, product development, and sourcing to engineer products that are beautiful, commercial, and flawlessly executed.

• Lead the technical development and fit process for the entire intimates category, ensuring alignment with brand DNA and cost objectives.
• Spearhead the development of new construction techniques, fabrics, and technologies to elevate product quality and performance.
• Establish and enforce rigorous quality standards and specifications. Lead root cause analysis for production issues and implement robust corrective actions.
• Work strategically with a network of premier vendors, building strong partnerships to drive continuous improvement and solve complex manufacturing challenges.
• Manage and develop a team of technical specialists, fostering a culture of precision, accountability, and strategic thinking.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A minimum of 8-10 years of technical experiencewithin the apparel industry, with a significant portion focused on lingerie, intimates, or structured soft apparel.
• Proven expertise in fit, pattern making, grading, and bra/body construction is non-negotiable.
• Deep knowledge of specialized fabrics (laces, elastics, molded cups) and manufacturing processes.
• Strong experience working with vendors across Asia, with a preference for China and Southeast Asia.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
