Job description
- Source new products work with existing and new suppliers (Fragrance)
- Coordinate and collaborate with Suppliers
- Follow up on regulatory requirements and licensing
- To research and analyze the latest market trends, identify market, customers and consumer needs for new product development and existing product improvement
- To manage new and existing products and their related packaging to ensure guidelines are followed and regulatory requirements in different countries are met, and existing products and related materials are up-to-date in terms of regulatory and brand guideline
- To monitor all aspects of products to ensure that products are launched within required timeframe and achieve the assigned objectives
- To coordinate, prepare and submit documents for license applications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred
- 5 Years of buying experience in Skincare, beauty, fragrance or personal care categories
- Out-going with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently and a good team player
- Proficiency in Chinese and English
