Job description
About the Role:
- Develop and implement regional retail strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Ensure all stores comply with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, inventory, shrinkage, and labor costs.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Drive revenue growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and inventory management.
- Work closely with merchandising and marketing teams to align regional strategies with corporate initiatives.
- Review financial reports (P&L, budgets, forecasts) and take corrective actions as needed.
- Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and district supervisors.
- Foster a high-performance culture through leadership, coaching, and accountability.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and ensure operational excellence.
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service across all locations.
- Address customer complaints and ensure resolution in alignment with company values.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
About the Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- 8+ years in retail operations, including multi-unit leadership (regional or district management).
- Skills:
- Strong financial acumen (P&L, budgeting, forecasting).
- Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in retail software (POS, inventory systems) and Microsoft Office.
- Results-driven, adaptable, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
