Our client is a renowned global leader in the design, development, and manufacturing of advanced power solutions. With a legacy of innovation and excellence, our client provides critical power protection systems Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) to a diverse range of clients, from data centers and healthcare facilities to industrial and commercial enterprises.

Due to the expansion, they're active seeking talented Electronics Engineer and Senior Electronics Engineer to strengthen their core R&D team, this is a prime opportunity to contribute to mission-critical projects and grow your career with an industry pioneer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architectural design and development of new UPS platforms and major product enhancements.
  • Drive schematic capture and provide expert guidance on PCB layout for high-power density and EMC compliance.
  • Spearhead the analysis and selection of key components (IGBTs, MOSFETs, MCUs, DSPs) to optimize cost, performance, and supply chain resilience.
  • Develop and define test strategies, validation plans, and certification processes for new products.
  • Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and serve as a subject matter expert within the team.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure designs are optimized for mass production (DFM/DFA).

Candidate Profile:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Electronics preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of extensive experience in UPS or high-power (>3kVA) power electronics system design.
  • Proven track record of taking multiple products from concept to high-volume production.
  • Deep expertise in magnetics design, thermal management, and EMC mitigation techniques.
  • Proficiency with embedded systems and firmware interaction for control algorithm implementation (e.g., using C).
  • Experience with international safety and EMC standards (e.g., UL 1778, IEC 62040, EN 61000).
  • Exceptional leadership, project management, and communication skills.
