Job description
- In-house design role
- HK Developer, attractive salary
- Oversea project, aggressive team
Responsibilities:
- Lead project designs and work with consultants on architectural, structural, MEP, interior design, landscape, etc.
- In charge of the production of schematic design and project documents
- Produce tender documents and construction requirements
- Ensure project is delivered on schedule
- Negotiate with government departments and contractors
Qualifications:
- Degree or above in Architect from reputable university;
- Professional membership from HKIA or RIBA;
- Minimum 12 year experience in real estate development design and planning;
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
