Job description
Our client is a Top Tier developer and they’re looking for Senior Technical Service Manager/ Technical Service Manager with Residential & Commercial or Large-scale infrastructure Background on Maintenance/operations for the new project and existing project in Hong Kong .
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Building Service/Facilities Management/Architecture or relevant
- Holder of MHKIE/MCIBSE/HKIFM/CFM/MIH/HKIS is an added advantage;
- Minimum 8-9 years experiences with Residential/Commercial /large-scale infrastructure Background is an advantage
- Familiar and experience in facility management, property maintenance and management
- At least 3-4 years managerial level
- Well-organized and good interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- 5 Days Work with Attractive Bonus 2-3 Months
