Job description
职位：资产管理部- 副总经理
- 带领资管团队
- 参与基金的设立，包括交易结构设计、财务分析、商业计划书编制、资金募集等工作，并组织实施，负责基金与项目的衔接及投后管理；
- 负责设计基金产品方案，制定产品推广方案，业务方案的可行性，并设计解决方案
- 负责与合作机构资源的关系拓展、联系和维护；
任职资格：
- 金融、经济、投资等相关专业全日制本科及以上学历；
- 银行、证券、信托、私募基金或大型企业投融资部门相关岗位8年以上工作经验，有基金、证券、银行等金融产品开发和谈判的经验者优先；
- 工作积极主动，具备团队合作精神
- RO 4&9 优先
