About the Role:

  • Demonstrate and promote company during the pre-sales phase, offering guidance on various aspects, with a focus on APAC.

  • Develop a comprehensive strategic value proposition by integrating Professional Services and the Tech solution into a strategic presentation.

  • Create customized presentations and demonstrations to showcase the strategic business value to clients.

  • Conduct strategic workshops and create ROI models to highlight the value of the technology and services to clients and potential clients.

  • Coordinate with services delivery partners and our internal partner management team for handover and collaboration.

  • Collaborate with the commercial team to maintain up-to-date knowledge of services and ensure smooth collaboration with ongoing projects.

  • Participate in ongoing engagements of Strategic Projects Consultancy post-sales to ensure alignment with the sales process at key checkpoints and maintain field experience as a reference.

About the Candidate:

  • Native speaking in Mandarin and English are preferred.

  • Experience in a commercial role within a SaaS or Digital Marketing Services Provider, preferably in a MarTech capacity.

  • Experience in a services/agency delivery strategic consultancy role or consulting capability in the Digital space with a foundational understanding of CRM marketing, customer lifecycle, and retention marketing.

  • Familiarity with SaaS applications for Online Marketing, CRM, or Campaign Management.

  • Sound knowledge of key markets in APAC, with experience working across the region and the ability to adapt proposals based on market needs.

  • Experience working with retail and consumer-facing organizations with high staff turnover and shifting targets.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate the value and function of professional services to diverse stakeholders, including marketing, creative, technical, and non-technical individuals, including C-level executives. Showcasing genuine passion and competence.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to think creatively.

  • Proven track record of creating and leading customer-facing demonstrations while understanding the sales cycle.

  • Preference for a fast-paced, agile environment.

  • Embracing technology and change, with a tech-savvy mindset. Enjoying working in a dynamic environment driven by technology and change.

  • Hands-on, independent, and self-motivated individual. A quick learner who can think on their feet and use initiative to solve problems.
