Job description
About the Role:
Take daily ownership of the outbound Order Management team, ensuring flawless execution and compliance with company standards.
Analyze order tracker insights and spearhead vendor meetings to resolve overdue or outstanding orders swiftly.
Oversee system integrity for all order-related data-delays, updates, quantity issues, and customer delivery requirements.
Be the go-to expert in coaching vendors through seamless, end-to-end order processing workflows.
Collaborate in refining and executing best-in-class Order Management strategies.
Offer expert insight on 3PL logistics operations to ensure streamlined fulfillment.
Partner closely with Quality Assurance to confirm inspection results and cargo readiness before shipment.
Monitor and drive daily performance across vendor operations, ensuring alignment with KPIs and company standards.
Proactively resolve vendor issues, providing clear guidance on SOPs and operational workflows.
Track non-compliance cases, apply chargebacks when necessary, and ensure corrective action plans are executed.
Support onboarding and development of new apparel vendors with hands-on training and factory visits.
Handle logistics claims and credits within the payment system, ensuring timely resolution.
Act as the final approver for order changes to maintain process integrity.
Monitor factory operations daily, ensuring strict adherence to the PO Management Manual and company policies.
Communicate factory non-compliance issues directly to senior leadership for swift resolution.
About the Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years in order management or customer service, with direct leadership experience.
Meticulous attention to accuracy and data quality.
Outstanding communication skills in both written and spoken formats.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems like SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a major plus.
Fluent in both English and Chinese.
Willingness to travel occasionally to support factory visits and vendor relationships.
