Job description
About the Role:
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming and outgoing merchandise
- Perform comprehensive quality inspections on every product in line with established standards
- Upload images to Dropbox using clear and consistent file naming formats
- Log each product into the internal inventory tracker
- Pack items for dispatch with exceptional care and a luxury-level presentation
- Maintain all packaging requirements, ensuring a polished, professional appearance
- Assist the operations team with general product handling as required
About the Candidate:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable managing fragile and high-value goods
- Able to follow clearly defined procedures without deviation
- Proficient in using an iPhone camera and lightbox for product photography
- Familiar with basic functions in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Strong command of spoken and written English (mandatory)
