Job description
We are now seeking for Assistant General Manager, Human Resources.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform a full spectrum of human resources strategies aligned with the business goals and objectives
- Spearhead end-to-end talent management across the employee lifecycle, including strategic sourcing, organizational development, rewards and benefits etc.
- Architect and deployed robust HR strategies and policies to directly enable business growth and the achievement of corporate objectives.
- Drive key talent initiatives and execute retention strategies
- Facilitate performance management initiatives, including establishing goals, conducting performance reviews, and creating development plans.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify key insights to ensure competitiveness of the organization
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary educated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- An experienced HR strategist with over 12 years of experience with extensive exposure in complex organization
- Skilled at building trustworthy relationships and leveraging strong analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrates a proven track record of leading successful HR initiatives and fostering continuous improvement
- Excellent communications and presentation skills is essential
