Job description

We are now seeking for Assistant Manager, Compensation & Benefits.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, implement, and managed Compensation & Benefits framework, including policies, structures, and rewards initiatives
  • Oversee all employee benefits programs, insurance and retirement plans, ensuring seamless operation and employee understanding
  • Serve as the primary liaison for the timely delivery of HR services
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
  • Develop and prepare the necessary reports and data analysis to identify key insights
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Leverage HR technology to enhance service delivery capabilities


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Qualified degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in C&B operations
  • In-depth knowledge of statutory requirements and best practices in shared services.
  • Proficient in HR information systems and software tools
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach.
