Summary:

Our client is a top tier international full-service law firm, with around 100 people in Hong Kong. They are currently seeking for an Assistant Manager to oversee the overall business admin and operations.

Responsibilities:

This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment to ensure fee earners and clients receive a professional, efficient and high quality legal support service, which includes:

  • Liaising with building management for general lease and housekeeping matters
  • Communicate with landlord on lease related matters
  • Reviewing service provider contracts
  • Oversee Office renovation and maintenance of premises when needed
  • Manage business Services budget
  • Supervise arrangement for staff accommodation
  • Manage and review bills, invoices and supplies procurement.
  • Organise internal and external meetings, conferences, and events
  • Conduct induction for new joiners
  • Negotiate and maintain  facilities’ contracts

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of administrative/Office Manager experience, preferably in the legal/ professional services industry
  • Proficient in English and Cantonese
  • Ability to lead a team and motivate/develop others
  • Strong sense of responsibility and excellent organisational skills
  • Sound IT skills including proficiency with Excel and data analysis
  • Excellent working manner, euthanistic and great interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and good problem-solving skills
