Summary:
Our client is a top tier international full-service law firm, with around 100 people in Hong Kong. They are currently seeking for an Assistant Manager to oversee the overall business admin and operations.
Responsibilities:
This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment to ensure fee earners and clients receive a professional, efficient and high quality legal support service, which includes:
- Liaising with building management for general lease and housekeeping matters
- Communicate with landlord on lease related matters
- Reviewing service provider contracts
- Oversee Office renovation and maintenance of premises when needed
- Manage business Services budget
- Supervise arrangement for staff accommodation
- Manage and review bills, invoices and supplies procurement.
- Organise internal and external meetings, conferences, and events
- Conduct induction for new joiners
- Negotiate and maintain facilities’ contracts
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4-6 years of administrative/Office Manager experience, preferably in the legal/ professional services industry
- Proficient in English and Cantonese
- Ability to lead a team and motivate/develop others
- Strong sense of responsibility and excellent organisational skills
- Sound IT skills including proficiency with Excel and data analysis
- Excellent working manner, euthanistic and great interpersonal skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented and good problem-solving skills
