Role Overview:
As Assistant Manager - Charities & Community Development, you will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of all charitable programs and partnerships. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a passion for social impact.
You will work closely with senior management, NGOs, and community stakeholders to align initiatives with corporate values and maximize impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive charity and CSR strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Identify and build partnerships with NGOs, foundations, and community organizations.
- Oversee budgeting, fundraising, and resource allocation for charitable programs.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, ensuring transparency and compliance.
- Represent the organization at public events, forums, and media engagements to promote charitable initiatives.
- Lead a team to deliver impactful projects and foster a culture of social responsibility within the organization.
Requirements:
- Degree holder preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or related discipline.
- 3 years - 8 years of working experiences in NGOs or educational institutions.
- Strong network within the NGO and charity sector.
- Proven ability to design and execute large-scale social impact programs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Passion for community development and sustainability.
