Role Overview:

As Assistant Manager - Charities & Community Development, you will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of all charitable programs and partnerships. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a passion for social impact.

You will work closely with senior management, NGOs, and community stakeholders to align initiatives with corporate values and maximize impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive charity and CSR strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Identify and build partnerships with NGOs, foundations, and community organizations.
  • Oversee budgeting, fundraising, and resource allocation for charitable programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, ensuring transparency and compliance.
  • Represent the organization at public events, forums, and media engagements to promote charitable initiatives.
  • Lead a team to deliver impactful projects and foster a culture of social responsibility within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or related discipline.
  • 3 years - 8 years of working experiences in NGOs or educational institutions.
  • Strong network within the NGO and charity sector.
  • Proven ability to design and execute large-scale social impact programs.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Passion for community development and sustainability.
