Job description


  • Responsible for managing sales growth and profitability of the existing on trade key accounts and distributors.

  • Develop potential accounts and implement sales strategy including product launch, promotion activation, and development of new accounts.

  • Negotiate customer contracts in accordance with the overall company sales strategy.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure continued business and identify growth opportunities.

  • Identity new potential clients to increase distribution penetration.

  • Coordinate with different teams to support sales execution.

The Successful Applicant

  • University graduate with at least 3-4 years' experience in FMCG industry

  • Network and relationship with on channels is a must

  • Strong networking, excellent interpersonal skills

  • Strong command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Good analytical and presentation skills

  • Excellence in time management
