Job description
Duties
Responsible for managing sales growth and profitability of the existing on trade key accounts and distributors.
Develop potential accounts and implement sales strategy including product launch, promotion activation, and development of new accounts.
Negotiate customer contracts in accordance with the overall company sales strategy.
Maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure continued business and identify growth opportunities.
Identity new potential clients to increase distribution penetration.
Coordinate with different teams to support sales execution.
The Successful Applicant
University graduate with at least 3-4 years' experience in FMCG industry
Network and relationship with on channels is a must
Strong networking, excellent interpersonal skills
Strong command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Good analytical and presentation skills
Excellence in time management
