Job description
Job Responsibilities
Provide compliance advice to internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements related to the Branch's business
Prepare management reporting to assist senior management in identifying and management key compliance risks and trends of the Branch’s business
Monitor new regulatory developments I news related to the Branch and disseminate information to relevant parties on a timely basis.
Collaborate with Business to develop I revise I maintain policies and procedures (where applicable) in response to developments in applicable statutory and regulatory requirements related to the branch's business
Conduct compliance review on the Bank’s process and procedures to identify gaps and areas for enhancements.
Develop and deliver compliance training on applicable statutory and regulatory requirements related to the Branch's businesses.
Provide support to the team in ad-hoc projects and liaison with regulators I Group Audit.
Job Requirements
Degree holder in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Law or related discipline
Minimum 4 years' experience in wholesale banking industry or private banking industry with hands-on compliance experience in general compliance
Preferably with professional qualification in accounting I banking
Practical knowledge of various statutory and regulatory requirements relevant to banking industry
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
