Job description


  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the overall marketing and business objectives.

  • Conduct market research, analyze consumer insights, and identify target audience segments. Define brand positioning, messaging, and differentiation to create a strong brand identity.

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing communication plans to effectively convey the brand message across various channels.

  • Collaborate with creative teams, advertising agencies, and media partners to develop compelling campaigns and assets.

  • Support new product launch with go to market strategy

  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including market share, brand awareness, and brand equity.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure brand consistency and alignment of strategies.

  • Work closely with sales teams to develop trade marketing initiatives and support sales growth. Provide brand training and guidelines to internal stakeholders and external partners.


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field

  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar brand management role.

  • Strong understanding of brand management principles, strategies, and best practices.

  • Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in market research and data analysis.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
