Job description
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and maintain credit policies and procedures to mitigate risk
Prepare and/or review facility letters per credit approved terms by Bank’s policies
Liaise with legal for opinion issuance and registration
Track all post approval conditions and ensure all required collaterals are obtained
Generate regular reports on credit metrics and update systems for regulatory reporting
Other ad hoc assignments/projects as assigned by senior management
Requirements:
University degree graduate from a related field
Preferably at least 8+ years of credit administration/loan documentation
Strong knowledge of credit policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
Good interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills in English/Chinese
