Job description
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Report to Head of Risk to assist the company to formulate the risk policy on money lenders business for individual and corporate business
Evaluate the effectiveness of the risk policy and analyse the related risk data to iterate the risk policy
Design credit decision engine and work closely with IT on implementing the system
Work closely with product manager to provide an integrated solution to the customer
Work with the collection team on the necessary risk policy adjustment to control the risk effectively
Prepare and update relevant risk policy and procedure
Requirements:
Bachelor degree holder in Finance, Risk Management, Statistics, Banks or related disciplines or equivalent
Minimum 5-year experience at managerial level with relevant experience
Attentive to details, well-organized, able to meet tight schedule with quality output and able to work multi-tasks in a dynamic environment
Familiar with risk policy on money lenders business
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
Competence in MS Office programs
