Job description
The eCommerce Manager will be responsible for developing and executing our online sales strategy across Hong Kong and cross border. This role demands a strong understanding of the FMCG landscape in HK, China, Taiwan, along with expertise in digital marketing and eCommerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement tailored eCommerce strategies for Hong Kong, China, and Taiwan to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Oversee the eCommerce platforms, ensuring optimal product listings, user experience, and compliance with local regulations.
- Familiar with China ecommerce retailers - Tmall, JD.com
- Analyze sales data, consumer behavior, and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance.
- Work with marketing, logistics, and product development teams to align eCommerce initiatives with overall business objectives and local market needs.
- Develop and execute personalized marketing campaigns to enhance customer loyalty and drive conversions.
- Manage the eCommerce budget, ensuring effective resource allocation for maximum return on investment.
- Prepare regular performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce management, preferably in the FMCG sector with a focus on Hong Kong and cross border market
- Proven track record in digital marketing, SEO, and online sales strategies.
- Familiarity with local eCommerce platforms (e.g., Tmall, JD, HKTVmall, Foodpanda) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
