Job description
My Client is hiring for Fire Service Engineer / Senior Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and compliance of fire service systems within city facilities, ensuring safety standards and statutory requirements are met.
- Prepare fire service system designs (sprinkler, hydrant, alarm systems) in compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Review and approve technical drawings and specifications.
- Supervise installation works and ensure adherence to approved plans.
- Conduct system testing and commissioning before handover.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for fire service equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and certifications.
- Degree/Diploma in Fire Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years experience for Engineer; 5+ years for Senior Engineer.
- Knowledge of local fire safety codes and FSD submission procedures.
- Holder of Registered Fire Service Installation Contractor (Class 1 & 2) preferred.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
