Head of Leasing

Job description

We are now seeking for Head of Leasing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform a full spectrum of leasing operations including lease negotiation and renewal, documentation, tenancy liaison etc
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies
• Formulate effective business strategies and advise the top management on insights
• Deliver expert, value-enhancing counsel to senior management on sustainability strategies
• Core member of the senior management team for the strategic planning and risk mitigate plan

QUALIFICATIONS

• Tertiary educated in Surveying, Business, Marketing or related discipline
• At least 15 years of solid leasing management experiences with proven track record in commercial assets and sizable retail portfolio
• Corporate member of any professional bodies is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management
• Articulate and self-motivated professional with strong communication skills
