About the Role:

  • Strategic Assortment Planning: Curate a balanced product mix across channels, ensuring customer satisfaction with varied offerings.

  • Collaborative Design Synergy: Work closely with design teams to harmonize on emerging trends, fabrics, and styles.

  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales, markdowns, and inventory turnover, making agile adjustments to optimize results.

  • Insightful Business Reviews: Conduct thorough pre- and post-season evaluations to identify successes and areas for growth.

  • Team Empowerment: Lead and mentor a skilled team of buyers and planners for maximum effectiveness.

  • Cross-Functional Partnerships: Collaborate seamlessly with design, marketing, and retail for cohesive execution of merchandising strategies.

  • Supply Chain Excellence: Ensure optimal inventory levels and timely deliveries to meet critical product launch timelines.



About the Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of merchandising experience in womenswear, with expertise across multiple product categories.
  • Strong analytical skills (retail math, Excel, merchandising systems).
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and trend forecasting skills.
  • Experience with omnichannel retail strategies preferred.
