Job description
Our client, a renowned foreign corporate bank, is looking for a Head of Bank FI to cover Chinese corporate banks and investment banks.
Job Description
- Lead a team in managing relationship coverage for a designated portfolio of Bank clients (Mainly Chinese corporate banks and investment banks), under Financial Institutions, to ensure outstanding service delivery and engagement.
- Strategically identify and evaluate new client and product opportunities across diverse sectors (e.g., Transaction Banking, Treasury, Debt Capital Markets), regularly reviewing pipelines to align with the bank's strategic objectives while balancing revenue growth and risk management.
- Maintain and update client overviews and account plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and client needs.
- Ensure the timely completion and review of KYC/CDD and related compliance processes in accordance with regulatory and bank standards, upholding the highest levels of integrity.
- Stay current on industry best practices, market trends, and emerging developments to enhance service offerings and strengthen strategic positioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in Relationship Management preferably within the Bank Financial Institutions sector.
- Proactive leader who promotes accountability and encourages continuous learning and development within the team.
- Proficiency in Chinese & English; Fluency in Mandarin and typing skills are a must.
