Job description
Responsibilities:
Oversee all non-investment functions of the firm and manage a team
Act as a liaison with brokers, vendors, service providers and counterparties
Oversee daily trade operations – including NAV calculations, reconciliation and cash management
Be abreast compliance matters and reporting to SFC, SEC, CIMA etc
Liaise with tax advisors and complete due diligence processes and best practices
Prepare board minutes, resolutions and other ad hoc tasks as directed by management
Requirement:
Bachelor Degree’s in related discipline
8+ years of experience in similar role
CPA/CA required
Strong attention to detail and adaptable to start-up environment
