Job description
I am looking for a strategic leader to serve and lead as Head of Transformation for my client, a leading bank in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to manage the implementation of the transformation projects to ensure the delivery of the committed project objectives and results within approved budgets and timeframes.
- Ensure enforcement of project discipline, establishment and maintenance of project plans, control of project financials, monitoring of project quality, prioritization of change requests, reporting of project status, management of vendor contracts and general administration of project logistics.
Key Requirements:
- Solid experience in digital transformation and in managing and delivering large-scale programs
- Cantonese/Mandarin is MANDATORY
- Passionate about emerging and innovative technology
